Delivery and Returns Information

We accept returns within 30 days of the date that the item was received.
If you have changed your mind, items must be returned in a brand new and resalable condition in order to gain a refund, so please make sure packaging is adequate. The return postage cost is your responsibility except in cases where the item is damaged or faulty. If the item is damaged or faulty, you may be required to return it for a refund, in which case we will be able to issue you with a pre-paid mailing label. Alternatively, you may be required to submit a photograph of the damaged package where a return is not possible. Unfortunately, no refunds can be given where proof of damage/fault is not available.”

Delivery is free within the UK (Royal Mail 48, 2-3 working days) regardless of quantity.
